Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LabSolutions handles personal data submitted through this website, especially through the contact form.

Effective: 18 August 2026

1. Who handles your data

For this website, LabSolutions is responsible for handling personal data submitted through the contact form. Contact: saimonas@labsolutions.lt. Location: Lithuania.

2. What data we collect

When you contact us through the website, we may receive:

  • your name;
  • company name, if provided;
  • email address;
  • phone number, if provided;
  • the contents of your message.

3. Why we use it

We use this information only to review and respond to your inquiry, communicate about potential cooperation, equipment, laboratory projects or technical services, and take steps requested by you before entering into a possible business relationship.

The legal basis is, depending on the inquiry, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and/or our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

4. Service providers

The contact form uses FormSubmit as a technical form-delivery service. Form submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit so that they can be delivered to our email inbox. FormSubmit states that it processes form information to provide its service and retains form submissions for 30 days.

Our hosting provider may also process basic technical connection data, such as IP address and server logs, as necessary to operate and secure the website.

5. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and manage the related business correspondence. If no business relationship follows, we normally delete or anonymise the correspondence within 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for an ongoing matter.

6. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise these rights, contact saimonas@labsolutions.lt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority, including the State Data Protection Inspectorate in Lithuania.

7. Cookies and local preferences

This website currently does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The website may store your selected language locally in your browser so that the same language can be shown on your next visit.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or LabSolutions legal details change. The current version will be published on this page.
